– 1 teaspoon vanilla, pinch of sea salt – 7 teaspoons peanut butter – 1 cup chocolate chips,
Set the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour,
coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Create round cookies out of the dough by scooping it out with
a tablespoon and press your finger into the middle of each one. For 15 to 18 minutes, place cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Place 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and smear over the top. Place cookies for 20 minutes in the freezer
Put the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a double boiler to melt.
