How to do Shambhavi Mudra
Choose a quiet place to practice this mudra, and keep your mind calm while doing it.
Sit comfortably in any asana, such as Padmasana, Sukhasana, or Sidhasana, in a cross-legged posture.
Try to make Yogmudra while keeping your spine comfortably erect.
Make a circle with your thumb and index finger by bringing their tips together.
Allow the other three fingers to be straight, and all four fingers to be joined together without any gaps.
Place your palms on your thighs, palms facing up.
Arms and shoulders should be relaxed and loose.
Close your eyes and sit up straight with your face upturned.
Say “OM” at least ten times. And after that, make a point of any object in front of you and fix your gaze on it. After that, close your eyes.
There is a natural focus between your brows when you sit with your face slightly upturned.
Do not concentrate, just maintain this natural focus between your brows, which is known as Agyachakra.
Close your eyes and sit with your face slightly upturned. Slowly bring both pupils of the eye to the center and focus on the Agya Chakra.
Keep your eyes open for a few moments before slowly closing both of them in this position.
Keep this gentle and casual focus between the brows, and be aware of the natural movement of the breath.
Continue to sit in this position for 5 to 8 minutes.
