Lie down on your yoga mat.

Keep the palms facing the floor and the whole body must be straight from top to toe.
Start inhaling and raise the legs upward slowly from the hip joints.
Bring the legs to 90 degree angle and stay a while in this position.
Exhale and press the palms on the floor.
Take the legs beyond the head and make them parallel to the ground.
Keep the breath normal and stay on this position for some time.
Keep the toes fully stretched and do not bend the knee.
Support the back with hands and stretch the legs upward the sky slowly.
Place the palms on the back as far below as possible in such a way that the whole body stands straight upon the shoulders.
Touch the chest with your chin.

Lift the back, neck and head to the maximum lever.

The feet have to try to straighten the waist as it is on the ground, then slowly bend both the knees and try to put the weight of the body on the head.
Now try to raise both legs slowly.

Start inhaling through the nostrils in such a manner as if one is producing a sweet snoring sound from the throat.
Exhale deeply, slowly, steadily and evenly, producing the same continuous frictional melodious sound from the throat.
Remember that breath should go from the throat up to the heart and vice-versa.
Don’t put any effect on the ribs and pelvic region while performing this pranayama.
Start this pranayama for 15 to 20 times in the begging and then increase the numbers of breaths.
