5 Fertility Yoga Poses – The Natural way to Cure Infertility Problem

The first and known Pranayam is Kapalbhati –

Anulom Antonym Pranayam is very easy to do. You can do this pranayama at the home, park, or even in your office. Keep in mind; it is very important to have pure air to do this pranayama.

Sit in any sitting pose like Lotus pose or Diamond pose, waist is straightened, the right-hand ring finger is placed on left nostril and thumb on the right nostril.

Inhale with the left nostril, press the right nostril with the thumb while filling the breath, and press the left nostril with the ring finger while releasing the breath and release the breath from the right nostril, leaving the thumb loose.

Again repeat the process with the alternate nostril, once inhale with left nostril and release from the right nostril and again inhale with right nostril and release from the left nostril.

The third Fertility Yoga Poses is known as Bhastrika Pranayama.

Sit in lotus pose, keep the both hands on your knees.

Keep the spine and neck straight, inhale with pressure, fill the air in the lungs and push the body upside while inhaling.

Exhale with pressure and loose the body down while exhaling.

Repeat this process in speed as much as you can, at least 3 to 5 times in a minute.

Bhramari Pranayam comes fourth in Fertility Yoga Poses.

Bhramari pranayama has many benefits, along with infertility; this pranayama is also effective in curing thyroid and memory problems.

Bhramari Pranayama is very easy to perform

To do this, sit in a Lotus pose in the fresh air in the morning. Keep your spine and neck straight; put the right-hand thumb on the left ear and the right-hand thumb on the right ear.

Close both the eyes and keep the thumbs of both hands on both ears and keep the fingers of both hands on closed eyes.

Inhale slowly through the nostrils and fill the lungs with air. Now exhale slowly through the nostrils producing the buzzing sounds of a Bhramar.

Repeat the process at least 10 to 15 minutes.

 Sirsasana (Headstand) is on Fifth Number in Fertility Yoga Poses

There are numerous benefits of sirsasana.

Here is a simple process to start sirsasana pose at your home.

Sit with knees and toes touching the ground. Interlock the fingers of both the hands and place them on the yoga mat a little ahead.

Place the elbows on the ground.

Now, place the head in the cupped palms in such a way that the part of the head near the forehead touches the ground.

Support the posterior part of the head with the both palms and keep the knees straight.

Keep balance of the body and raise the legs up vertically and slowly.

Now, straighten the toes and bent knees.

Initially, try this pose in the support of a wall in the home to make body balance.
